Scam website. Having been in a hurry to buy a pergola, I didn’t check the basics: reviews, contact, company information, etc. Reviews are all bad, the address is fake, phone number is mobile that no one picks up, email addresses are fake and bounce back.
How this website is still online is beyond me. Luckily I recovered my money - but the process took over 12weeks.

Per the other reviews (which I wish I'd read before ordering!), I ordered and paid for a pergola but then received nothing. I have been unable to contact the company despite multiple attempts using various methods, email, online chat, phone call. Worryingly the UK mobile number on the website goes through to an American ring tone and ansaphone. Luckily I paid on credit card and have now raised a dispute.
I have used this company for a 4.2 mtr x 4.2 mtr pergola but it has not arrived, but more importantly they do not answer the phone, emails, text messages or there chat service. communication is the key to a good business, clearly these need to go back to communication school.
I referred it back to paypal for a refund, i then get an email to say its on its way, but no tracking information.
It's a scam! No pergola, not answer to emails, not picking up phone. Don't use!
Months after original order, didn't get a dispatch notice, no replies to emails no reply to voice messages. Trying to get a refund from Klarna but this doesn't appear to be simple either. They expect you to deal with the company that I can't get through too.
