I placed an order back in January, 16 minis, paid £85 for it. I wish I could read the reviews before.
I ve waited all this time to try and test and all perfumes.
From the most expensive ones to the cheapest, the smell does not last even 1hr, they are fake even if it says everywhere on their website they are authentic.
Such a scam! Do not buy!

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE, they will scam you and not send the package, then they will pretend not to receive your emails.

I've bought various perfumes from them and my experience has been really great. As far as I can tell the samples are of high quality and smell genuine. My last order turned up missing by Royal Mail - contacted the website and their customer service has been outstanding. They immediately sent me a replacement order. Would definitely recommend!

I bought 12 samples from Perfume Testers. I asked if they could delay shipping, which they helped me with, and then they also pointed out a sale on the site that I’d missed. The samples arrived the same day I’d requested. Hugely appreciate how helpful and communicative the seller was.

I buy from here as they have a great array of fragrances and are extremely affordable, they don’t have ridiculous prices for the luxury items, I love penhaligons, & can go through and buy testers to try without being bankrupt 😂😂…..I recently placed an order for for 3 penhaligons 5ml samples, the shipping g was really quick, however they had sent the wrong order &I ended up with 1 x Louis Vuitton 10ml sample which is not cruelty free so I won’t use, so I got in touch with them & there were amazing, they apologised, replaced the items and added in an extra 5ml of Penhaligons “Empressa” for me, the initial reply from them was super quick & they literally went above & beyond to put this right, their customer care is absolutely spot on, and so are their fragrances, fragrance choices & price of fragrances, I will not be using any other sample companies in the future and I 100% recommend this company for your fragrance samples.

Ignore previous bad reviews, people are confusing them with another company called Perfume Tester. Perfume TESTERS has been great for me. I made a mistake accidentally adding 2 samples of the same perfume and they responded very quickly/refunded/swapped it for another one as per my request, no questions asked just sorted it. Dispatch/delivery is quick too despite being so close to Christmas. Shopify verify their products are genuine and okay to sell and they even offer money back guarantee so no they are not fake. People need to think and double check they are leaving a review for the right company before doing so.

I ordered 4 samples just to check the smell before i order the actual genuine fragrance.
I received 3 out of 4 😃contacted them about it and still haven’t heard from them. Thankfully I only spent £12 😅
I tried the 3 fragrances out, I experienced slight burning on my skin and not sure if I can trust the smell and can order the real deal. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from them.

Fakes, not authentic perfumes

Do not buy from this company they are poor fakes but advertise as 100% authentic als refusing refund

I ordered three 5ml perfume samples from perfumetesters on 2nd August — YSL Black Opium, Kilian Love Don’t Be Shy, and Maison Francis Kurkdjian Baccarat Rouge 540 — after reading on their website that they decant 100% original perfumes.

When the items arrived on 6th August, I was extremely disappointed. The scents smelled nothing like the originals and came across as cheap imitations. Even worse, they caused a mild burning sensation on my skin, which was worrying.

I contacted them via their website the same day, requesting a full refund of the £38 I paid, but to date, I have received no response whatsoever.

Overall, my experience has been very poor — misleading advertising, questionable product quality, and no customer service follow-up. I would not recommend buying from them.
