Nothing has been delivered, no replies to any of my emails (tried all possible contacts available on website)
When trying to track my order it is showing status “delivered” which is obviously not true.
If I could leave a zero I would have. This is a scam organisation masquerading as an online perfume retailer.
Even when contacting the number on their social profiles (Facebook, instagram and TikTok) the person on the other end whose picture I still have in my WhatsApp chat history said - sorry we just ordered the fragrances and they’re coming from Dubai.
He then said “apologies Sod’s Law your order didn’t arrive” - SOD’s LAW?!
This is a scam just to fleece customers out of their money. Avoid like the plague.
I have had order Number 1042 before tow months. I did not receive the perfume. Contact with Emails and Telephone with out Answer. I Think it is fake website.
