Very late delivery and 0 customer service

Ordered in 3rd of December for a gift for today, 10 th of December . Despite writing to them twice I have no news about my order. They started preparing it just on the 9th. The 48/72H delivery time claim is a joke and if you search deep in the terms and conditions you can see that is 48 or 73 h since the order got out of the warehouse not since you ordered. So 8 days later, they are still preparing my order, which is just 1 perfume. Never using this site again and will try to return the item and get my money back.

very very bad, they took my money and have not sent my items, it has almost been 1 month, thnkfully have paypal to step in
