Who is the chair massage suitable for Workers of all ages and mobilities: Sitting at a desk all day – this can lead to limited movement and insufficient exercise, resulting in muscle tension, stiffness in your back, neck, shoulders, arms, and hands. Iwona has a great facility that always leaves me feeling very relaxed. Her massage is tailored to what I need, and a hard sports massage usually does the trick of aligning my legs and back to the anatomically 'correct' position that relieves aches and niggles from a few weeks at the gym. 5 star experience at your work place
I couldn’t recommend Iwona more highly! She visits us at work and gives the most incredible massages, it’s like all the stress melts away, and you forget you’re even at your desk. Iwona truly loves what she does and it shows. She takes the time to check in, asking if there are any areas you’d like her to focus on, making sure you feel totally relaxed and looked after.

Despite being at work she was able to create a calm and relaxing ambience. With little direction she was able to identify quickly areas to hone in on and I left feeling rejuvated. Wonderful experience with massage
I’ve tried so many masseurs over the years and was always left disappointed. My back is VERY sensitive which Iwona picked up straight away but she just persevered and found a way to deal with it and I’ve now had two seat massages with Iwona and what a difference she’s made. I have near full movement again in my neck and shoulders and she also gave me exercises which really help. Can’t rate Iwona highly enough to anyone considering having a treatment. Thankyou so much Iwona xxx

What a wonderful experience
What a wonderful experience. Iwona came to our workplace for our chair massages. She set everything up making the atmosphere absolutely fitting for the massage that followed.
