Waited 6 weeks for refund

Ordered putting Matt and delivery was quick
Wasn’t suitable and requested refund. Was advised refund was processed on 11th March
Still waiting as now been told processor machine for refunds is not working I find it hard to believe this is still the case. Unhappy customer.

This is an excellent and well made…

This is an excellent and well made piece of practice equipment-stores away so the wife doesn’t nag . I have no ordering though so my worry about it coming from US - my putting mirror arrived within 72 hours!

If you are located in the UK, your order expects to be delivered between 1 to 5 days after the shipment. Now, we improve our delivery time with our warehouse in the UK. If you are located in the US the delivery time is shorter than the UK. We hope that we helped you and expect that you get your own mat soon.

DO NOT USE!!!

I would have given this company 0 stars if possible. I tried to contact numerous times without success to determine the stays of my order. I have contacted them twice since receiving the item to obtain a returns slip as I ordered this in November and was guaranteed a Christmas delivery; I received this item last week. The customer service is disgraceful.

The worst customer service I have ever…

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. 1 month later and Im still waiting for my putting mat. Excuse after excuse and blaming the courier company. Not really interested, send me my mat! I have asked for a refund four times and they are still not refunding and asking me to wait till they figure out what happened to the lost mat... Rubbish!!!

Something happened with the courier company because all orders are located in a warehouse in the UK and France, so, all delivery is faster than before when it came from China. Excellent quality product which will improve your putting stroke. Small issue with delivery as wrong postal address. Not sure if it was courier company or sender. Other than that all good.

Problem solved.

Ordered my practice Mat but it was delayed due to DHL courier in the UK sending to the wrong address. I raised the issue with perfect practice and received and the issue was resolved. Superb service, it's fantastic when companies step up to resolve problems and don't fob you of which happens a lot these days. The mat is great really easy to assemble/disassemble and is built to a high standard. Highly recommend this product and company. Derek.

Initial Problems

My first reaction was dissatisfaction. My original package arrived severely damaged as were the contents. I sent photos to Perfectpractise, who promptly dispatched a new package which arrived shortly and in perfect condition, thanks to an alternative delivery company. I high recommend the putting practice device and the company. All’s well that ends well.

Improve your putting a very important part of golf …

Our perfect practice golf mat arrived yesterday afternoon, it took 5 minutes to assemble and I thought it looked very good quality, we have had a great time putting with it. You have to iron out the edges with a steam iron to make it completely flat and your floor has to be flat. Very pleased ⛳️⛳️⛳️
