Perfect Pave is a cracking company that really does go the extra mile. Alex assisted us in every way to tailor the job to fit our budget, - and we were delighted yet again, our 2nd time of using Perfect Pave & happy both times. Simon too is very helpful with his advice & knowledge, which we appreciated, & he is a very hard worker. There are so many "cowboys" out there, but this Company is not one of them.
Our Porcelain slabs were provided by Perfect Pave. The slabs were chosen at the store with the help of James. We went away and calculated the quantity required. I then phoned James and ordered the slabs, steps with risers and copings.
The delivery driver, Liam, was able to position the order within our properties border, not an easy job as it required altering the way the crane lifted the packages.
We have since been back to order porcelain setts.
We bought some slabs from perfect pave in June but started to lay the patio only in November. We realised then the slabs were not what we wanted. James has been so easy to deal with when we explained the situation and he offered without any complication to change the slabs to others more suitable to our taste. Their customers services is second to none, they just want happy customers and not only their money. We will definitely buy from them again when we need. We can recommend buying from them any slabs you need. James was also excellent at explaining us the different choices. Great great service, 100%
We had a sloped rear garden at our new bungalow in Wedmore. Presented with a beautiful concept design from the Hegarty and Webber Partnership, Simon and Jo from Perfect Pave brought the design on paper into life, creating a beautiful and most impressive upper and lower garden. The workmanship was first class in building the retaining walls, laying the porcelain tiled patios and edging, adding the fencing, creating the new border beds, relocating the old paving slabs in the area between the adjacent property, adding the topsoil and laying a lovely level turfed lawn. Simon and Jo completed the project in just over two weeks, discussed amendments and modifications as necessary and created an outcome that exceeded the brief and has brought gasps from friends and neighbours. Our thanks to Alex, Simon, Jo, Steve and James for bringing the concept into reality. The final outcome is in line with a quality buit home. Brilliant!
Simon didn’t turn up for an appointment on 3 separate occasions. No phone calls or apologies from from the man in question. So disappointed as we’ve used them before and was pleased with their work and customer service . Times have changed!
