I bought a collar that was too large and had to return it. Whilst the website states you should ring the company and they will provide a returns label this is not the case. Tracked postage cost me over £6 which was a third of the cost of the collar. Whilst I have no other complaints about the service, their returns policy is a dealbreaker.

We've been shopping with Perfectly Pawsome for almost a year. The shop is full to the brim with everything you could want for feeding, playing and training your dog (and cat!). Sian and Jamie are super helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly. Sian always has a treat for your four-legged companion too!

Staff are knowledgable and really helpful. I took advantage of delivery to my home with my last order and couldn’t be more pleased. Most definitely would recommend a visit. 🐾
