I ordered 3 kegs of leffe brune, short date but instead was sent only two kegs of leffe Amber, also short date. One keg had a broken hoop that was wrapped around the other keg so that didn't happen in transit. I understand mistakes can be made but there was zero communication from the company when I emailed them to explain what had happened other than an email to say I had received a refund for one keg. No option to return the wrong beer. I like leffe Amber so at £20 a keg decided to keep it but very poor customer service.

Great service quick delivery can’t ask for more.

Used Perfect Kegs for the first time and bought 3x short date kegs which were a bargain. Received a call a couple of days later to tell me one of them was out of stock and asking if I was happy to substitute they for another (free of charge) which I was and then the kegs turned up a day or two later. Great price, great service and great communication :)

I’ve never had a company provide so many updates from the minute of ordering until the moment it was delivered I must have had 10-15 updates. Excellent service

Fast delivery and as described.

Very quick delivery. Had ran out of stock of my original order, but the replacement was MORE than acceptable. Very good communication from BeerShark. Can’t praise them enough👍

Beer was a great price and free delivery over £45 and very quick delivery. Only problem is most of the beers went out of stock very quickly and still not back yet.

First time I've used perfect kegs but won't be the last delivered under 24 hours 👏👏
