Perfect Glazing Reviews 

Fitted August 2nd 2023 - Final works completed on 17th August.
5 windows & 2 external doors.

Perfect Glazing, being a Scottish based LTD company, who manufacture their products locally. This I fully supported. Their many 5 Star reviews also gave me reassurance.

My review is a negative one in respect of both the fitting and quality.

This genuine review would urge you to pause and reconsider.

Joseph, the sales advisor, was both knowledgeable and considerate. No pressure to get a sale, and instilled confidence. Pricing was reasonable.

Fitting and Manufacturing…

Fitters - The installation men ( Father & son), that I had, I can not recommend.
Silicone finish in my bedroom and Kitchen - Awful !
No skirt left to finish the kitchen window once new kitchen installed. No discussion regarding this.
Both doors were not sealing properly.
Windows clicking when opening and left with silicone slick both inside and out.
Squeaking front door.
Poor or no communication.
They just didn’t care.

I would upload pictures if I could.

Manufacturing - Disappointed with the quality both inside and outside with respect to the finish (wedging) on both the windows and door.
Numerous other problems including, damage to PVC frame(s), letter box on front door not secured/siliconed and doors not sealing when closed. There was numerous faults and damage.

It seems there was no quality control before being delivered.

After Care - Perfect Glazing were very apologetic, and worked with me to have many issues that could be fixed, resolved.
James, who carried out the remedial works was fantastic - Very professional - Thank you.

I have to accept that there are areas that would only be resolved by replacements.
An amicable resolution was met.

I was exhausted and very stressed by this experience.

Overall, I do hope my experience was an isolated one (see previous reviews), and that Perfect Glazing Group LTD will improve their quality control to provide the product they promote.

Our experience started with Tony who discussed with us all the options and solutions. He didn't just want to sell us the most expensive windows. He was very helpful and genuine and showed us all the pros and cons so we could make the best choice suited our needs. Windows were ready and fitted in a blink of an eye. Fitters were great, left no mess. Strongly recommend Perfect Glazing.

Can't thank Perfect Glazing enough, we love our new windows. Tony the salesman was friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy.
Robbie and Darren came to fit the windows, these guys were amazing, friendly, funny, professional and made sure everything was clean and tidy at the end of each day. When the job was complete they showed me how the windows worked and explained about the 10 year guarantee. Can't thank them enough.
If you are thinking of replacing windows and doors, get this company in and request Robbie and Darren to fit, you won't be disappointed.

We had 6 windows and a new front door fitted by Perfect Glazing. The end result is beautiful and has changed the whole look of the front of our home.

Garry from the sales team was very responsive when we first approached Perfect Glazing for a window quote and continued to keep in touch throughout the process.

We wanted to reinstate mullions that had been removed previously and this was something Perfect Glazing were happy to take on.

The quote we received was extremely competitive and the windows and door were fitted to a really high standard by Gerry, Ray and team. We would absolutely recommend Perfect Glazing to anyone looking to upgrade windows or doors.

Very happy with new front door and side window. This is the second time we have ordered from Perfect Glazing, this time with Colin from sales who was so patient and helpful explaining and then Stuart and Andy who were just fabulous. Would recommend as all is top quality.

Excellent installation by proper tradesman have absolutely no problems in recommending this squad who are Robbie, Darren and Ricky they stand in comparison with the best. Also the service from sales to after sales was spot on.

Hi I order my outside door from perfect glazing. I ordered my door and only waited 2 weeks for it. The company was in touch with me to confirm details about my door. The fitter came yesterday and fixed the door. I had no mess to clean up after him. He was so pleasant and waisted no time. I would highly recommend this company. Thanks

Our experience with Perfect Glazing was as the name suggests, The sales experience was a pleasure with Sharon and Garry, two high quality doors were fitted to an excellent standard and finish. I shall definitely use the company when I have a need to replace our double glazing, I have no hesitation in recommending their products and services.

Perfect Glazing were amazing, I had a window taken out and French doors fitted. They did the cut down of the brick and were extremely tidy. The French doors look amazing. I would highly recommend Perfect Glazing their product and prices are fantastic. From start when Colin came and advised what was best, to their Surveyor and the fitting team. If you require Windows or Doors don't go anywhere else! if I could give 10 stars I would!

This company were great from start to finish the sales guy Tony was lovely and not pushy installers were great did the whole house in one day and cleaned up after themselves no mess at all guy came back to do snagging but wasn't much to do and windows and door were ready in just under 5 weeks

I have worked in Manufacturing Double Glazing for 26 years in England, I needed Two windows and a French Door for my Mother who lives in Fife,Perfect Glazing were PERFECT from sales to installation they were Brilliant, the price was £1800 cheaper than the local Companies.Thanks to everyone at Perfect Glazing.

I love my new door; it is fantastic and looks brilliant. The service was excellent. The guy who visited to quote was very, very helpful, polite but not pushy, he took plenty time to ensure we picked the perfect door for us. The guy who measured us was courteous and efficient.
The fitting was great, the fitter was friendly and got the job done without fuss. I would recommend this company highly.

Tony from sales was very knowledgeable about the products and he gave us good advice without being pushy. Nothing was too much trouble for Gerry, Chris and young Aaron who fitted our windows and doors. Excellent service from start to finish!
