Unfortunately my order wasn't in stock which perfectfeets apologised for. I asked for a refund and was credited with this immediately.

Great place, Communication is very excellent and customer service is very very good.

Do not buy from here look at there reviews they sell only fake trainers that fall apart within a few wears and blame it on you that's even if you get the shoes and if you don't they refuse to give a refund or send a replacement fair rude customer service only buy from here if you want to be scammed these guys are the scum of the earth look at the review were they blame a lady for not being careful with her shoes that fell apart in 2 weeks no shoe especially expensive pairs should not do this glad my shoes didn't even turn up NOT only that all the good reviews are fake

Brought a pair of vapor max for my partner and the trainers are fake. I paid £150 for these and they are not real. I have tried a number of times to call the seller but the number is not valid and they wont send a returns form. STAY WELL AWAY

AVOID AVOID AVOID , FAKE TRAINERS, bought sb dunks from them waited about 15 days for it to be delivered and when it was I got it legit checked and it turns out they are replica’s no where on the site is it listed that there shoes are replicas, I have contacted them numerous times with no reply , luckily I bought these shoes from klarna so I will get my refund , but please avoid them and don’t trust them they will send you replicas and not reply to your emails

Trainers took 12 days to arrive but there is a Royal Mail strike at present. They came in perfect condition and with a verified authentic tag, box and name from sender info.if I could attached pics of them I would to confirm they are what I ordered also very well priced.

Ordered my trainers took over 2 weeks to come they was to big noothing in box to return them so emailed to be told I can't have a refund 1st and last time I buy anything from perfect feet

Long delays with delivery. Promised a 2nd pair, never arrived.

Love the item came before the estimated delivery time my only one detail is that my tracking didn’t work but overall couldn’t be happier

I purchased some shoes for my son, but him being a awkward teenager he changed his mind, I contacted them and they were very quick to respond to help me. They were very helpful and understanding.

Have bought a pair of Nike air 720s they took a month to come but in great condition paid £150 I looked at all the bad reviews but jd and that have worse reviews

Ordered J4's recently Military Black. Waiting for them to arrive, think I've been scammed. Have made credit card company aware so let's see if they're genuine and even arrive.

If it's legit I will be sure to change my star but the experience so far has been poor no response back by email. Item is apparently in transit looks well fishy.

Purchased some Nikes at a much cheaper price than normal retailers which was great. Unfortunately it took over two weeks for delivery as they came from overseas, which wasn’t stated on the site as was a uk seller.

i mean it’s alr. like bro i’m just trying to get some shoes for school and they don’t even come on time so i have to wear my dusty 95s. personally think that’s criminal. also my parcel is still not here and was dispatched on monday it’s now sunday. like cmon anyway apart from that. perfect feet is alr.
