Ripped off
I downloaded this app over a year ago and had issues with it. I decided to cancel my subscription a year ago and just never realized that money was still being pulled out of my account until the other day when multiple charges were taken out over $100 worth. When I contacted them the app states that I renewed in June of 2025 but in the email I got from costumer service they told me April. Very odd that they are giving me different dates. When I asked to be refunded as I didnt renew with them they told me the best they could do was 25% what they took. When I told them um no they upd it to 50%. They are telling me that they dont see where i had canceled my plan. They also told me that I purchased an extra to this app that I never did. I would absolutely pay more attention to your accounts. I will never use this app and would never recommend it to anyone. All I asked was for the money back for the day they pull over $100 back. I said I would let it go of the other charges as it was my fault for not noticing sooner. Very shady on their part.

Deceptive business practices. They billed me for a subscription and refuse to refund it. It's a scam and not worth getting entangled with these unethical business practices. I would have given a zero if it was possible.

This is a scam ripoff
So you want to charge my wife for a subscription she did not want and then wont give us a way to talk to a real person for a refund of a product she doesn't use. Your AI is as helpful as a door with no locks. Sad how you don't care about the customers and your reviews keep tanking. I plan on spamming your social media and reporting you to every agency that will listen until I get a response from a real person and a refund.

Just after your money- I would stay away
They keep charging you after you've finished your 30 day plan. Even though your not using it anymore nor did you re-sign up for a new plan.
Ive spoken to customer services who have giving me a 7 pound refund after taking £80 out of my account - joke
Honestly just disgraceful, im really disappointed, just another company grabbing money, ovet actually looking after their customers.
The app is frustrating to use, its hard to change your preferences and you can only edit certain setting on there website which is annoying.
Overall its a scam, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone

This garden office sounded like the dream solution, but it has been a complete letdown. While it does technically allow me to work from home, that's about the only positive. The windows are poorly placed, creating an intense glare on my screen for most of the afternoon, making it impossible to see. Instead of feeling focused, I'm constantly distracted by trying to angle my laptop or rig up makeshift curtains. For the price, I expected a comfortable, professional environment, but it feels more like a cheap, poorly thought-out shed. I'm back to working at my kitchen table. Save your money and look elsewhere.

SCAM-they randomly charged me £49.99 I know my fault didn’t cancel the subscription but when I did they kept offering to lower the monthly subscription until it got to £8!
How can you justify that much of a reduction.

This is a shocking scam I signed for the trial at £18 I had difficulties being able to sign during this trial month so had no use out of the app I was then charged £37 for another month I cancelled subscription at the start of this month and lost all access to the app despite the fact I had paid £37. I gave again been charged £37 for this month but am unable to sign into the app as it tells me my subscription needs to be reactivated I have requested a refund and been told they will refund me £9,20 despite the fact I have not been able to access the app at all for two months. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!!
