I’m extremely pleased with the service provided by Perfect Group. I needed to clear our office space on very short notice, and they were incredibly quick and responsive. Within just one day, everything was arranged for them to handle the entire process.

None of my team members were in the UK to oversee the office clearance, yet the Perfect Group team took care of absolutely everything: packing, clearing, relocating, and storing every single item from the office. They also kept me updated throughout the process by sending photos, which gave me great peace of mind.

Peter was excellent he immediately put our minds at ease about the removal and storage. Pete and the team were professional and pleasant through the process. We felt reassured that our belongings would be stored and returned in good condition.

Moving is stressful, I was short of time and Perfect Group had a slot. Had I been time rich, I probably would have gone with a small local company, rather than a national one as the perception is better service. However, I could not have been more impressed from start to finish with the ‘Perfect’ team. . My contact was Sophie, who constantly assured me that they could handle anything, even specialist items. Will, delivered all the packing materials on the day I signed up. It all seemed too good to be true! I am not going into details but can assure you the moving team, Henry, Lewis, Henri, Stuart & Max were nothing short of incredible! They worked so hard, smiles on their faces and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you all.
The icing on the cake, was incredible value for money…great price, professional service, faultless.

Peter, Montana and Easter were hardworking, efficient and used their initiative when they moved us back home after our house fire. Peter was mindful of his team's welfare on a very hot day which I'm sure contributed to their very positive attitude. A great experience. They were reassuring and kind, and Peter managed his team to make sure this day ran smoothly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Our moving experience was made stress free by Robbie and his team from Welwyn Garden branch. Robbie was a calming influence and made sure everything was packed and moved and unpacked at the other end seamlessly.

The removal was impeccable. The team on the day was Rob and Chris; they arrived on time, were incredibly professional, packed the furniture with utmost care, and asked about my preferences in every step. I would highly recommend!

What a brilliant, caring company. They really care and look after their customers. My furniture is in storage with them following an insurance claim, and work is nearly finished. The loveliest of ladies, called Cara rings me each week to remind me when I am ready to have my furniture back, she keeps me organised. Perfect Group removals assisted us with moving a large amount of items from one flat to a new property as well moving some items to storage. Robbie and his team from the Welwyn depot were extremely helpful and professional. They also exercised patience and were very understanding as there were a large amount of items to be moved and it was very last minute. Not only did they move the items they also acted efficiently and moved items to a storage facility and also to the new premises simultaneously using 2 vans and more people from Robbie’s team came to help which got the job done quickly. It’s not an easy job but Robbie and his team did incredible including Chris, they were very polite and friendly through it all and I would definitely use them again if needed. I would highly recommend using this company they are very trustworthy and deliver everything they promise.

I would just like to say what a pleasure it was to have the 'A Team' from Perfect Group. All of the team were polite, professional and respectful. Robbie, the "A Team' leader, was exceptionally kind, professional, polite, respectful and helpful. He went out of his way at all times to ensure that we felt looked after, in the knowledge that our possessions were being cared for with the utmost care and respect. Robbie also went above and beyond to ensure that everything we wanted removed was removed. Finally, I was struck by the team's attention to detail and how all our items were meticulously packed, right down to the removal and packaging of the cuttlery!!!
We would definitely contact Perfect Group again if we ever needed any removals done again, and I would put in a special request to hav Robbie and his 'A' Team. i

It was a seamless experience to move our stuff with Perfect Group - specially with Peter and his team. They were super efficient and planned really well for the day. Got the job in fast turnaround. Would highly recommend.

Perfect Group were amazing moving us out of our water damaged home to a temporary property and moving us back home 10 months later. Jay lead the teams for both moves and he is super efficient, professional, kind and does the job with a smile. Both teams worked really hard and nothing was too much trouble.
