Brutta esperienza

Ho comprato materasso in via passaggi a Genova, la venditrice ottima....a seguire dopo un mese non avendo ricevuto nulla ho chiamato il negozio x info...chi mi ha risposto è stata maleducata...mi ha parlato con sufficienza..e non ha saputo rispondere! Non aveva numero della logistica, del servizio clienti...insomma mi sono arrangiata da sola! Non tornerei più in via passaggi,il cliente và seguito dalla vendita all' arrivo di ciò che ha ordinato.
