I was given a PerchMe Bird feeder for Christmas, and I love it. It notifies me when I have a visitor and saves a labelled picture of it for me. This is a quality product and a very reputable company.
we have had this PerchMe smart bird feeder for nearly half of the year, i must say i love it. it really brings much joy and discovery. The set up is easy, the wifi connection so far is good. the camera quality is crystal clear, AI recognition feature, although can not make 100% accurate, but is ok. i don't need to worry about the battery as solar panel charging works. it has stood strong heavy rainstorms without any issues.
Update: finally got a hold of support, they sent me a a new unit. Moving to 4 stars since they quickly replaced the whole unit, leaving 1 star off since it took about a month to get someone.
Support is non-existent. Haven't been able to get assistance with a defective unit since Jan 1.
