1. Product
Our 14-point advanced testing protocol covers up to 27 units per batch — more than any other firm we're aware of. Every product exceeds 99% purity, and its contents are identified and confirmed. Up to 9 units per batch are tested for sterility and screened for common heavy metals, including chromium, arsenic, cadmium, and lead.
Using ion chromatography, we screen for manufacturing byproducts such as trifluoroacetic acid (TFA), and we test for 15 industrial solvents commonly used in production, including benzene.
We also screen for endotoxins (also known as LPS, or lipopolysaccharides). Container closure integrity is verified using the dye-ingress method to confirm each vial's contents remain intact, and solubility analysis confirms every product is stable and reconstitutes properly.
Every batch is tested by our U.S.-based analytical partners, Vanguard Laboratory and Eagle Analytical — both ISO-certified, inspected facilities. Batch-level QR codes appear on every product, with all current and past certificates available on demand.
Our Certificate of Analysis Manager is the best in the industry — searchable by batch and compound, and it tracks purity levels over time.
Raw materials are manufactured by FDA-audited suppliers and finished in GMP-compliant laboratories.

Our Arizona-based support team is available by phone at (480) 974-4660 during business hours, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Live chat is available on our website. We ship six days a week from a warehouse located minutes from a major shipping hub. Place an order by 2:30 p.m. Arizona time on weekdays and it ships the same day.
We accept all major cards and bank transfers, offer bulk order discounts, and back every purchase with a 60-day return policy.

Peptidology made it right
Company made it right. I recently, now deleted, wrote a review concerning a double charge to my credit card for research product and the appearance of getting the “run-around”. I am pleased to report the owner called and looked into why I was not receiving my credit and within the last two days the credit has gone through and posted. I appreciate the extra effort put in to retuning my money and keeping me as a customer. Nice to know there are business’s that still care about the consumer. BTW the products have been great as well!

Customer service was excellent
Customer service was excellent! My package was stolen and they replaced it without question and helped me even report the package as stolen. They followed up with me not only through phone but through email as well and upgraded the shipping for me at no cost. I’ve been using their GLP-3 for months and have already lost way more than trying without anything to help. They are super helpful and understanding when issues arrive!
