After contacting them in April of 2025, I did not get a visit with the Dr until months later. I was told that I was one of the first people to contact them and that they were still getting things set up. I have had inconsistent communication from peptide webmd and as of December 2025 have not received treatment for my initial concerns, despite being told that others who came on board after me are having great success. I feel like I have waisted my time and patience. My issues could have been resolved by now. Terrible experience.

This experience has been such a welcome change for me. I have lost 45 pounds since March of 2025. I am currently on maintenance and continue to see the Dr. to monitor my progress. I have had ongoing access to my doctor through virtual appointments. I have been please with ease of refills and ongoing communication.

I have had great success with Peptide MD. The virtual appointments have been professional, with the Dr. answering and understanding my medical needs with my weight loss program. During these past 4 months I have been able to loose 28 lbs even while experiencing an unrelated gout episode. The personal calls and texts to check in with me are always positive, helpful, and supportive.

I have had a great experience with this company. They have walked me through this weight loss journey and made sure I had what I needed.

I have been with Peptide for about 3 1/2 months and have lost over 25 pounds. This has been a life changing experience. I would like to thank Peptide so much for being such an incredible source of support during my weight-loss journey. Their encouragement and support have made a big difference. I am truly grateful for their time and kindness they have shown over the last couple of months. I really appreciate the virtual appointments and phone conversations to help me stay focused and optimistic. I couldn't have come this far without Peptide. I’ve been with Pepetide Web MD for two months now, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. They truly treat you like family they listen to my wants and needs, and I always feel supported. One of the things I love most is that you get to meet with a physician by video or phone, and every time I’ve had a visit, my GLP-1 medication arrived the very next day.
They also stay in touch with me to check on my progress, which makes the whole journey feel personal and cared for. I highly recommend Pepetide Web MD they really do treat you like family.

UPDATE: 11/19/25 I finally heard from Peptide webmd and they were apologetic and offered to rectify my concerns. I look forward to hopefully taking them up on their offer and will report back once I schedule.

10/22/25 I've contacted support several times and have not heard back. I was really hopeful, and it turns out that they're not responsive at all. I am just hoping this website is not a scam site. Lesson learned I guess.
