super negative support. I purchased on appsumo a lifetime license and suddenly after a few years they got my account banned. They rebranded from Peppertype.ai to peppercontent and advertise on their website to contact support at the email on their footer but nobody is answering that email.... a NO-NO company. Wouldn't advise them at all.

Not a trustworthy business.
I'm incredibly frustrated after purchasing a lifetime deal only to have my access revoked.

Peppertype Ai is not a trustworthy business. A few years ago, they got us all to buy their lifetime deal on Appsumo and have now locked us out of all the features. This shouldn't be happening in the 21st century, where trust is an elusive commodity. It's a shame.

Thieves! you stole money from AppSumo lifetime deal adopters and created a new platform for which we have to pay. You took functionality we had with lifetime deal away! SWAY AWAY

This company stole money of their early adopters/Appsumo buyers. Did not fulfill their promises, used Ltd money to build different platform, locked early adopters/Ltd. buyers from promised updates. Thieves.

Pros:
Peppertype.ai is an AI-based platform that creates fresh, high-quality content for businesses. It generates excellent output and is highly reliable. It is easy to use and has a fast and modern UI. It can generate huge amounts of unique content with a few clicks.

Cons:
Peppertype.ai promised lifetime upgrades to Appsumo lifetime deal buyers, but has ignored multiple emails requesting these upgrades

The customer support is lacking, with no live chat support and no response to multiple emails

Peppertype.ai focuses on shorter-form content types and does not offer use cases for fictional content

OVERALL experience:

Peppertype.ai has great potential as an AI writing tool, but the lack of customer support and failure to deliver on promised lifetime upgrades have been disappointing. The platform is easy to use and generates high-quality content, but the limitations in content types and lack of personalization settings are drawbacks.

Peppertype scammed all their early adopters and now buying fake reviews on Trustpilot to cover it up. LOL

It's totally disgusting company and the most pathetic product which doesn't honor the paid lifetime buyers.

Peppertype is a scam. They sold a lifetime deal for $399 on a third-party website including SEO and other features that were promised for later. And then they locked the SEO module once it was there. This is the type of business you have to report to the consumer protection. Stay away from them!!

The way Peppertype has treated its long-standing customers has left me feeling very disappointed and frustrated. It's unfortunate that now you have betrayed your LTD users... Shame..

I can confirm the one star reviews citing foul play are true. I purchased a tier 3 Lifetime plan and was happy until a couple of weeks ago when features disappeared. and what remains is garbage at best.

Support closes tickets and saying it works, as do new features. I have even involved Appsumo, both their support an CEO, Noah Kagan. There are several people complaining in the Appsumo Community Forum as well.

The story from Pepper Content, as they are now called is everything works, but Appsumo go back and forth between it is working, there were some migration issues, some accounts are not working, now they are working, we are still having issues, it’s all fixed and around and around.

I have zero trust with them any longer, they are throwing things at the wall to see if something sticks and can not even maintain a consistent story with anybody. They want $399 per month to use it now.

I have screenshots and email chains to prove these things. I could appreciate if migration to a new system was causing some issues, but they insist that my account and app works fine and even suggest I try some of the new features which I do not have.

I have no idea who is lying, but somebody definitely is. That’s a fact, and as they keep saying everything works, I assume it is them.

I am out $375 now. I am utterly disgusted at the lies.

If you want me to provide proof of this, I certainly can. Please stay away from this company.

BEWARE...PepperType have are cheated users after their Mar 28 2023 Annoucement... They have lied to AppSumo LTD users...They have not fulfilled their promises to LTD users..

Beware of the ongoing things on Peppertype portal. Appsumo Peppertype Tier 2 Llfetime deal (LTD) which was promised is not being fulfilled.
- I have clicked various feature on the website and there is a upgrade popup of $399 hitting your screen now and then for LTD users.
- I have a Tier 2 plan of $249 but unfortunately the Peppertype.ai team has decided not to fulfill their promose
- They have started making false FB statements that they grandfathering the LTD users.. Its a terribly wrong statement they have published on FB page.
- They have moved to peppercontent portal in which many feature like SEO support are not working. They have moved away from giving SEO support..a LTD users is now being ask to pay additional $399 per month to upgrade to Premium which is absolutely.
- Thats absolutely absurd... its like paying almost $5000 per year..
- From lifetime deal my subscription has changed ino a 10 years plan with end date of 22nd Mar 2033.
Beware and check the peppertype FB group.

They ran a lifetime deal, took ALL the money, funded another software instead. They had ZERO updates since the product was launched and it's a typical bait and switch scam company that misuse funds in Peppertype for Peppercontent. All the SEO features were promised in Peppertype are no longer available to us. I AM A CUSTOMER. Don't try to remove this. I also have proof of their sales term. Scammers.

For quick content ideas, helps well

The application changed my marketing by 180 degrees. I am grateful for creating such a brilliant solution for marketing of small businesses.

Peppertype is a great tool that has saved me HUNDREDS of hours creating content for my clients. The roadmap for new features, which was stagnant at one time, is now been progressing well. One of the weaknesses is the long-form content editor. I'm looking forward to the transition to the Pepper Content Marketing Platform which may address this. Despite the slight shortcomings, I am giving this tool 5 stars because I trust the peppertype team and I know they are committed to keep improving this app.

It is simply a scam.
They deleted my Lifetime Licence paid account without my permission, even though I hardly used it, and did not reply to any enquiries about it for nearly two weeks.

They also said they had reinstated the account, but this was a lie and has not resolved any issues.

The FB community is no longer operational and support should be considered almost non-functional.

To reiterate. Scam.
I recommend that you never purchase this product.
