Pepper were able to provide a solution where I was unable to find one elsewhere. This was outside of criteria however a sensible view was taken such that a lending with an outside of criteria position was accepted, Many thanks again. A client made happy that a transaction can now proceed rather than fail.

Mortgage offer issued in a timely manner, used pepper for their criteria on a shared ownership mortgage for a self employed client. Affordability could not be achieve elsewhere.

You need a declaration and DDM even though you ask for the DDM info in the application
Too many irrelevant questions.
Pity because you are a good lender. Just your application is not broker friendly
