poor customer service with no way of communicating
These guys used to be brilliant. They had a great customer service. They had an email address and were quick tonreply to customers emails and deal with the issues.
Since a year ago or so, they stopped the email address and the only way to get hold of them is through a chatbox on their website which never works. So basically it is impossible to communicate with them.
You might get lucky to buy or renew your subscription with them on the chatbox but it's completely random and as soon as you press on contact us link a new pop up page opens ad goes blank.
So don't expect any customer service. You would be lucky if you can get hold of them.
There are other providers like viking iptv that their chatbox always work and someone deal with your enquiry.
I hope they realise they are losing customers and either fix the chatbox issue or create an email address to enable customers to communicate with them.
