I was out with my cousin and she told me she left a review for this penthouse paws so I wanted to join the fun. When Mari first recommended the company to me I was skeptical of its value, but after purchasing the smart feeder my opinion changed. It has been incredibly useful in feeding my two cats Hovig and Garo. Me and my wife travel often, and we have in the past had to pay for someone to come and care for the cats. Now we are able to feed and watch them from our travels. Highly recommend. Thank you penthouse paws.

I couldn’t be happier with the pet feeder. It’s been such a huge help. Our cat is always pestering my husband for food since he’s around the most, and now he doesn’t have to be bothered. Our cat excitedly runs to the food whenever he hears the next feeding go off. We’ve already used it when we went out of town on a short trip, and it worked flawlessly. We will use it on a longer trip next time and are thankful to have the peace of mind that the cat will be well fed. The camera is a great feature and so is the microphone. Haven’t had any issues, highly recommend.

I have had this product for over a month and it is a lifesaver! I got it for my eldest daughters cat and it has made feeding times so much easier. the flowing water is not noisy at all and we havent had any health problems. I have recommended penthouse paws to some of my friends and family and they have all had similar great experiences.

We loved this product while it worked. Bought it at the Los Angeles county fair in May and by September 5 the motor stopped working. Told it had a one year warranty so we called and had to leave 5 messages before we hear back. Now they want us to take pictures of it plugged in so the idiots can see that it isn’t pumping water. Cheap product.

I had a terrible experience with Nick Mikhail, CEO of Penthouse Paws. They placed an order for a mascot, requested it to be shipped, and then opened a dispute to avoid paying, essentially trying to get the item for free. This kind of dishonest behavior is unacceptable.

As a business owner, I cannot trust or recommend working with Penthouse Paws. If they treat suppliers this way, I’d be very cautious as a customer. Avoid doing business with them!
