Very quick service at the time of testing.
Also, when I had some questions to the result, the answer through chat was very quick and courteous. I got a throughout answer to my questions which were immediately understandable and relevant.

Wonderful experience with Pentabase!
I went by their clinic in Odense without booking a time slot in advance. I was seen straight away, tested and received the results and travel certificate by the promised time. Ulf the CEO is also very kind and attentive to any questions/issues that may arise.

GDPR - an unknown abbreviation in Herlev site?
Was tested in December and immediately informed the personal at test site of an ongoing personal data breach as I was placed unattended for antibody testing at a dinner size table where numerous forms with personal data (name, passport no, soc. sec. no, contact id) on other test participants and the antibody test kits and timers was fully available to me. And of course, the next in lines being placed for testing. No security measures whatsoever to shield the information. As I found little comfort in shortly having my full personal data available to other test participants, I raised the concern to the personal. However, the employee assigned to test had "first day " and would need to talk with the manager. I saw no correction of the matter while being present for remaining covid-19 test in same room.

Later that day, the antibody test result was communicated in clear text email to me - with all personal data on the form incl. social security number as an attachment.
Curios to these security errors, I looked into the privacy notices - there where in fact two - presented during booking and testing - and found them flawed as well. Another data controller was apparently also involved which led me to think - who is responsible for what? When raising the concerns in writing to Penta Base and the other controller, only a timely response was received from what I thought was a controller. Instead, that entity was data processor to Pentabase but incorrectly appeared as controller in the notice. For the sake of completeness and fairness, this covid-19 test data processor did communicate results in a secure manor and took immediate steps to correct the notice where is incorrectly was stated as data controller!)

However, Pentabase remained silent as the grave irrespective of being kindly reminded for answer. I then invoked right of access in mid-December 2020 and have not to date (early March 21) received any of the mandatory information to be provided. Again, for completeness, in end of December a COO reached out by email, phone and SMS!, but despite being kindly requested to process the request and my query, no actions are taken.

Well, not quite as I have now brought the matter before the Data Protection Supervisory Authority who has an opened an investigation on the matter.

I suddenly had to have my grandmother tested in time for Christmas, and pentabase really helped out by making time for her when I asked for help, despite being booked for the day. She got her results 11 am on next day, and could join us for Christmas Eve

I visited Pentabase in Aarhus (True Møllevej 6, 8381 Tilst) to get a Covid-19 test as I needed it for traveling.
I chose the "next day" option on the website, paid 390 Dkk and received a receipt by email.
However I never received my test result!
I wrote to Pentabase and said it has now been 2 days and I have not received my test result. I deicided to drive to the airport and see if I could get on the flight.

3 Hours later I had a short reply from Pentabase saying "Your result has already been announced"! Excuse me announced where - I asked?
Then a true nightmare started in the airport trying to convince the airline to allow me to fly home without a negative Covid test!
That evening I had another (rude) email from Pentabase repeating the same, that my test result had "been announced" and that I could call a number!
I asked for the third time where my test result was "announced" as it certainly was not on my email or phone SMS.
Now after 3 days I still have not got it and I would like to warn other people to use this company.
Do not let this company ruin your travels like it did with me.
