I ordered a pen from penshop.dk, and received the wrong pen. The problem was resolved quickly, and professionally. I always believe, the measure of a companies service isn't how they perform when everything goes as planned, but how they perform when things go wrong! In that regard, I have to give penshop 10 out of 10. I would have no hesitation in using them again.
