While I realize this is a transatlantic order and will take time to arrive. I was hoping to receive shipping notice before receiving a request for a review on how great your service is. I don't know.

I have changed the setting so a longer period goes by before such automated requests go out in future, so your feedback is appreciated so improvements can be made. Meanwhile, in regard to the missing shipping notice, we received your order on 10 November at 4.32pm UK time, dispatching it the next morning (11th) at 9.16am. You should have received an automated email at that point (?) to confirm that the order was complete. Perhaps it went into a spam folder or something. The text on that email would have included the following message along with details of your order: "Thanks for shopping with PensFromHeaven.com. Your order is packed and will leave us within 24 hours of this email notification." Whatever the reason you didn't get to see that confirmation, we regret that you didn't see it at the time, as you would therefore have been rather in the dark as to the status of your order. Thank you for your feedback and apologies again that the request for a review went out rather early given that you are in the US and we are dispatching from the UK.
