Pense were excellent

Pense were excellent. The 2 contacts l had were very efficient, giving me good explanations to various terms. I wasn't pressured to make decision, but they made sure that l completely understood the process. The ladies, both chased up my company and kept me informed. They always either called or emailed me with information, and when it wasn't available they would chase to get what was needed. I felt like l was in capable hands dealing with pense, without them l would still be scratching my head, instead I'm enjoying retirement knowing that my investment will be safe.

Pense. Fast and extremely efficient.

Pense found me an Annuity Provider and got me a higher rate than I could find searching through the market myself. Amber Garner from Pense, dealt with my transfer of funds and my new annuity provider and everything went through smoothly. Amber kept me updated on a regular basis and was an absolute gem. I thoroughly recommend this Company 100%.

Pension advice and guidance

I used pense for help with my pension
They were so helpful professional.
They handled everything for me and explained my options
Through the whole process they kept me updated weekly. I would recommend any one to use them.

Quite disappointing Discussing for many…

Quite disappointing Discussing for many months the problem is when I came to action the person who it had been handed over was not aware of some of the information and started asking the same questions I had been over with in detail to his colleague previously the left hand didn’t know what the right was doing not exactly the right foundation of a company to entrust your pension to .Pense thanks for waisting so much time.

I had a truly excellent experience…

I had a truly excellent experience working with Pense. My financial advisor, James Allott, and the Administration Manager, Amber Garner, both provided outstanding service.

From our initial consultation to the completion of our work together, James demonstrated exceptional professionalism and a deep understanding of my financial needs. He was incredibly thorough in explaining all aspects of the process and patiently answered all my questions, ensuring I felt completely informed and comfortable every step of the way.

What particularly stood out was the proactive and consistent communication from the team, especially Amber. She kept me thoroughly updated throughout the entire process, which I greatly appreciated. Her regular updates gave me peace of mind and showed a real dedication to client service.

A testament to Pense's integrity and client focus was an instance where I considered pulling out of the process. They assured me that this wouldn't be a problem and, remarkably, confirmed I would not be charged for the work they had done up to that point. This level of transparency and fairness truly solidified my trust in them.

Very smooth transfer!

James Allott explained everything very well and advised what would work the best for me.
After agreeing to transferring my pension Amber Garner kept me informed by email as things progressed.
Overall very happy with the way it went !

Fantastic Service

A great experience from start to finish from my first contact with Russell Flannery to James Allott with all the advise I needed in plain English.
Amber Garner kept me up to date weekly as to how things progressed and always answered any questions I had.
Great experience from start to finish, I would definitely recommend Pense and the people who work there.

The world of pensions and annuities is…

The world of pensions and annuities is all a bit scary when you get to a certain age, and need to commit. I contacted Pense and and arranged a call with James, who discussed my options pretty thoroughly, probably in more detail than I would have imagined. However, we agreed best options and I passed on details of my pension (just a small personal pension I had running that was based on a with profit retire at 55 type thing, still working so continuing to save into another). I was then passed onto Amber who did all the admin for me. She kept me regularly up to date via email and confirmed successful transfer of tax free sum and new medium ish risk pot. This will sit for another 5 years till I decide on early retirement if possible. I imagine I will use Pense again in 5 years time when I hit the big 60.
Both Amber and James did a fab job for me.
