Although my original order was stolen at no fault of Penrose, Jean from customer Assistance went above and beyond with such atenacity and dedication to make sure I got a replacement and on a timely manner. Albeit i live in Hawaii and the order took a little longer then expected, the customer service was excellent and rapidly responded to any of my questions. i was skeptical of the quality of the product but as soon as i opened Crimson 540, i was taken aback by the scent alone. it was phenomenal. The texture of the creme is obviously high quality and i can tell care went into the creation of this product. There is so much more that i can say but limited to this review so going to make an outside one.
