I’m sure the device worked on someone but not me. Basically, it’s just too big! Then came the return adventure. I’m two months out and still can’t get a refund. Feels like I’m being scammed. I’ll probably have to retain a lawyer just to write a nasty letter.
Ordered a standard pump from Penomet in early September of 2021 expecting at least reasonable results with the product based on reviews. However, after receiving the device and attempting to use it, the device seemed to be defective as it would not seal. I followed all of their literature and videos to try all recommendations, but nothing worked. So I attempted to get a a refund according to their terms, and was told that I had to wait 30 days (around 10/3/21), even though the product appeared to be defective. So after 30 days I tried once again to get a Return Authorization (RA), but was only able to get to front line Support and not the actual group that sends return authorizations. So as of October 18, 2021 and after four attempts, I was promised by phone support personnel that I would hear from the correct Support group to get the RA, but still have heard nothing. I've concluded that this company does not operate with integrity and have resolved that the $149 spent is probably lost as evidenced by their non-response. So this is a warning to all who may consider purchasing from this company in the event that problems may be experienced with the product. You may get good service or you may run into unethical business practices as I have. It's a coin flip........

After using for several months I can honestly say the product quality is excellent and the results are awesome.
As long as you use the product as the instructions outline you will see gains in girth and size. Just keep in mind everyone's outcome will be different as our bodies are different from one another.
With the above being said I would recommend this product 100%. Give it a try and you won't be disappointed:)
