Unprofessional and they don’t care about.
I hope people are reading and checking very carefully before buying anything from .
It’s a lot to say about but I’m trying to limit myself.
The most funny part is they replaying to the reviews… pretending they are and they are worried about… it’s fun but not fun to be trap … scammed … and losing £££ !

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Penny Hill Motors in Bagshot, London.

I purchased a 2016 Mercedes-Benz GLA, which was advertised and sold to me as a 4MATIC (4-wheel-drive) vehicle. However, a few months later, my technician discovered that the car was not actually in the condition or specification in which it had been described and sold to me. I was informed that the vehicle had been refurbished and converted from 4-wheel drive to 2-wheel drive.

I also discovered a serious timing-chain problem with the vehicle, which has caused me further concern and expense.

I contacted Penny Hill Motors to raise these issues, but unfortunately I found their response extremely disappointing. Rather than properly addressing my concerns, I felt that they were defensive and dismissive. One member of staff was particularly rude and told me that I should not waste my time and should simply take it as my loss.

I feel that I was seriously misled about the vehicle I purchased and that the description of the car did not accurately reflect its actual condition and specification. In my experience, this has been a very poor and deeply frustrating experience.

I would strongly urge anyone considering buying a vehicle from Penny Hill Motors to carry out thorough independent checks on the vehicle, including verifying the exact specification and mechanical condition, before making a purchase.
