Customer Service deplorable

No wonder you can't review on Google obviously you don't care about customers ? Mother purchased hair product and had a severe allergic reaction. Brought it back and the customer service was deplorable. You are unable to contact higher management and pushed through a form system. Even with GP report they didn't take complaint seriously. Avoid at all costs they've no empathy for distressed caused. Horrendous dealing them! Supposedly head office Mary Street dealt with it. No signatures or names provided on correspondence! Never again

Bad experience in Penneys who refused…

Bad experience in Penneys who refused to refund a purchase in spite of a valid receipt. They insisted I return to the specific branch I purchased from miles away. There was no flexibility and no human reasoning. The scanner said the code on the items did not match on 2 out of 3 almost identical T shirts. The scanner is in charge. Then I wait in a long line to return the items in the branch I bought them in. Second penneys same problem. They eventually agreed (because I would not give up) to refund my money but the attitude was ROTTEN - like I was doing something wrong. I was given such hassle over €10.50 when I spent 7 times that in Penneys yesterday alone. When I think of how much I spent there in the past year it makes me furious.

Bait and Switch with Pants

Today I shopped for Haggar pants the J.C. Penney in the Wellington Green Mall in Wellington, Fl., after reading the sign that said “$29.99 Haggar iron-free classic pants regular $70.” I found three pairs on the hanger in front of the sign. When I took them to the register they were still $70. That is known as bait and switch. The pants on the shelf, of which there are few are on sale. That is the bait. All other classic pants are full price. That is the switch. The store would not honor the price because the classic Haggar pants I took to the register, the cashier claimed, came from the rod. I will never shop in this store again. I suggest when you shop at the Wellington Mall store you pay close attention to how they cheat the customers because it is how you will be cheated. Under the law, they should honor their sale sign. This store would rather cheat you than follow the law.
