Claudia Page was excellent just now. Despite being familiar with some HR processes, I'm new to the company i'm working for now, and in a totally different industry to what I'm used to. Excellent All Round Service
From my very first dealings with the team at Peninsula I, and consequently the company of which I am the Managing Director, felt extremely well supported. Engagement with the employment issues at hand was immediate and thorough and communications and inter-company support between the various Peninsula departments was exemplary. I would particularly single out Tristan Walker, whose advice was consistently measured and considered, and Christopher Cox and Amanda Stevens from Face2Face, who were supportive and professional in all of my dealings with them.

I cannot recommend Hok Wang (Jeff) Tam highly enough. He is genuinely one of the best managers I have ever had the pleasure of working with and definitely my favourite manager. Jeff is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, supportive, and truly cares about his clients. What stands out most is his dedication — he has even taken the time to call us outside of his working hours to check on our case, make sure everything is okay, and provide guidance when we needed it.

When you know HR is coming to carry out an assessment, it’s only natural to feel a little nervous. However, Holly was absolutely fabulous and immediately put us at ease.

Matthew McNair, Health and Safety BrightSafe
We have used the Peninsula services for a number of years - mainly for HR and the BrightHR portal, however recently we added the BrightSafe, Health and Safety to our package.
Matthew McNair came and spent three days with us last week as part of the initial audit and to create our action plan for each of our locations. He was easy to work with, interacted well with the team and was informative at each site in terms of what we would need to do to improve.
The documents that we now have access to on the BrightSafe portal, along with the eLearning will be useful in improving our Health and Safety across the business and it is encouraging to know we now have someone at the end of the phone/e-mail for advice in the future.

Julie Gardiner undertook our health and safety inspection at both of our centres and made us feel as ease.
