I had a really good experience with Peninsula. The advice was clear and practical, and it helped me work through a tricky rostering situation without overcomplicating things. Celila was diligent to contacting me after our call dropped out, going so far as to to ring me back the following morning when prior attempts failed.
Additionally she was patient with my questions, context and frustrations.
She also provided a solution that was simple and explained why it worked and when it didn't so we could solve for the minor variations as opposed to the greater process and cultural shift of applying the solution all the time. I was asked to reach out to Bright HR…
I was asked to reach out to Bright HR and Peninsula after the company I worked for felt like they were paying money for a service that they were not utilising. Initially I did face some difficulties - ideally all I wanted was a starter conversation to run through the platform and how best to use it. Bright HR were able to oblige and we had a productive 1hr conversation on Teams where we shared screens and went through all the features. I found it somewhat tricker to get this sort of help from Peninsula. We were advised at all ends to just call however, I didn't know how long this call would take and there was no way of booking this is. Frustration was starting to rise until we spoke with Isla who was fab. She was patient with us while my boss and I asked questions or had uncertainties around certain areas - she was able to answer questions quickly and also provide us with all options we needed. Isla was able to help us draft several contracts, chase up old paperwork and make steps in auditing our HR paperwork. Left feeling much happier and will be requesting to speak to Isla again
