I've been with Peninsula for almost 10 years. I've operate a 15+ employee company for 20 years and the HR Advice line has been crucial support to our organization more times than I can count. Protecting our employee rights while also exercising necessary business boundaries has been made straightforward, unemotional and clear with Peninsula. The fact that I can (and have) called them way outside of regular working hours and they answer 24 hours a day is incredible - I always have answers I need, anytime. There are stretches of time I need them less and periods of time where their service is worth the price of gold. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them as a essential part of operating a business - especially if you're looking to do things right, avoid problems and stay up to date with your responsibilities as an employer. As a bonus - every agent I've spoken to has been well trained, experienced, capable and confident in their direction - and backed by their team of experts too. Most recently we've worked with 'Andrew' on some of our hardest HR experiences to date - and again I've been so impressed by his guidance, dedication and diligence in supporting our HR needs. Bravo Peninsula!
