Amy was the most amazing travel agent , I feel like I actually met her in person! She was so polite , professional and always at hand when I needed her throughout my travel experience, she was always checking in on me and even when we were away she was asking how our holiday was going , at any time night or day she answered any queries I had , her responses were quick and informative and she guided us with breeze throughout! We will definitely be booking with penguin holidays again , thank you so much Amy xx

Amazing experience peguinholidays couldn't do enough for me and my children, any help we needed I messaged through WhatsApp and it was dealt with straight away, it was stressful free and the bestest way to book any holiday we have been on, highly recommended to friends and family already!!

Stay away! ✋🛑 they are scammers from india . They canonot even speak english right. Booked a holiday to Tenerife paying £2800. Cancelled my holiday and did not refund a single penny back. Have been waiting for 5 months now. I have already lodged a complaint with trading standards now

Sean was really helpful with planning every aspect of our trip to Paris. I wanted my best friends (who were visiting for the first time) to have the most epic experience. Sean helped us book the most perfect hotel in the Latin Quarter- which was quintessentially Parisian. The joy I felt walking up and down those streets is indescribable. Sean also helped us plan day trips to Versailles and Disneyland Paris. This was one of the best travel experiences I have had in a very long time.

I will certainly use Penguinholidays again for my next European adventure.
