I paid extra for delivery before Christmas and my items still haven’t arrived which is really disappointing

Didn't receive delivery, and can't seem to get in touch with anyone about it.

Package was marked as delivered, but I haven't received anything. Tried calling Penfield customer service and gave up after being on hold for 20+ minutes.
