If i could give a 0 i would, the warranty covers nothing, i didnt reciebe my package and the company pelvini were accompdating at all. The wait is forever I regret buying from here. It took 3 weeks or more for it to say it was delivered, and once it says its delivered i dont even get it. I do not recommend buying from pelvini.

Don't ever think of buying from this Company, especially if you are buying from different country like India. Their Customer Support is Bullsh*t. I have ordered on 10th of June and now I am sitting on 22nd July, still there is no clarity on my delivery. It is going back and forth between location. I tried reaching out on email (that is the only way you can contact them. BS) and their responses are so generic that your issue will never get resolved.

Terrible Experience – Missing Product & No Support

I ordered two watches from this brand, but they only delivered one. When I contacted their customer support, they refused to take any responsibility and simply said they “can’t do anything” about it. This is completely unacceptable.

After waiting for over a month with no resolution, I’m still missing the second watch I paid for. On top of that, the quality of the one watch I did receive was very disappointing – it looked nothing like the photos, the materials felt cheap, and even the box and packaging were poorly done.

This was a complete waste of time and money. I strongly advise others to stay away from this brand. If something goes wrong with your order, don’t expect any help or accountability from their side

I ordered some watches from Pulvini but my delivery has not reached me yet. It has been four weeks now but my delivery has not reached me. Kindly, I request everyone that this page is fake and do not promote it at all.

I ordered 2 of the iced out Napoli. I received two plastic watches. The shipping label stays 2 children’s plastic watches. I was confused so I open the package and that’s exactly what was in there plastic watches. I have gone back and forth with the customer service and they aren’t any good. I can’t get a refund or anything. Be careful guys.

I will give 2 star because it's a lie they show on the adds. They show the watches are made in Italy and are boxed carefully and beautifully but when the delivery is being made you get notification it's coming from China the packaging is basic and it's being sold at other sites at quarter of the price that pelvini is selling. The watch looks decent that's why I gave a star but you shouldn't be lying about a product and make it so presentable but when received it's just coming in a cheap box..I would be vary of this. Go to TEMU or Ali express you will get these watches at quarter of the prices.

Their website shows 60,000 trustpilot reviews but here there are only 24... and most of them are accounts with 1 review. highly suspicious. They send me a package that looks nothing like what was promised. Didn't want to cancel my order minutes after placing it.

I would not even give a star.. This is a Chinese site modeled as italian. Cheap material. Description does not match. Brand name dosent match. Than color of watch oh my god worse purchse i ever made. Watch your self before you purchase this.

Wrist watches arrived with a different brand logo, not Pelvini. The watches are not as I thought they would be. Packaging is also poor. I feel cheated. I hope the watches at least last long. The process of return seems also complicated.
