LONDON’S MOST PROGRESSIVE FEMALE HEALTH CLINIC PELVIC ZEN regenerative pelvic health COMFORTABLE - CONVIENIENT-TREATMENT For Weak Pelvic Muscles A WOMEN’S HEALTH AND HAPPINESS CAN BE SEVERELY AFFECTED BY PROBLEMS WITH INCONTINENCE, PAIN IN THE PELVIC REGION OR LOWER BACK. Whether you are a new mother, getting older or suffering from the menopause, an increased desire to visit the loo, or having problems with leaking, pain or connected problems like a pelvic organ prolapse or haemorrhoids. All of these severely impede your everyday life and how you feel about yourself. URINARY INCONTINENCE CAN BECOME A SERIOUS PROBLEM FOR MANY WOMEN It is not uncommon for some ladies to adapt their lifestyle to hide their embarrassment due to the worry of smell and the stigma of having bad hygiene. Often starting even as early as age thirty, it will almost certainly increase with age, but not always with the same stigmas. But today, with exponential advances in technology and the introduction of the revolutionary TESLA Chair, we are able to help women completely overcome their problem, allowing them to rediscover the simple pleasures of an uncomplicated life again. Until recently, women with urinary incontinence were advised to develop the vaginal muscles with pelvic floor exercises or Kegel exercises, increase walking and undertake exercise such as Pilates which strengthens this region of the body. Many ladies find doing thirty Kegel exercises a day or more quite difficult and if even if you managed to do this every day for three months you would have only performed 2,700 exercises and any appreciable difference in your pelvic strength would be quite small. Amazingly, the TESLA Chair, enables you to perform up to 28,500 pelvic floor exercises in just-30 minutes while sitting in it – fully clothed and, without breaking sweat! Delivering a superior treatment in a fraction of the time, pain free in a relaxed environment. At PelvicZen, we are the first London clinic to offer a world beating innovation, the TESLA Chair, that is proving to be a life changer for many of our patients. The pain free technology undertakes up to 28,500 pelvic exercises in 30-minutes, eliminating the need for tiresome pelvic floor strengthening exercises, whilst accelerating your recovery and confidence. And what’s more you can relax in the TESLA Chair, read a magazine, and get some me time.

Pain free

I booked a set of 6 sessions after having an informative chat with the team. I had been suffering from a low but restrictive back pain for 2.5 years. I am well versed in stretching and other actions to avoid chronic pain but wanted something to support and perhaps eliminate all discomfort. I found an improvement by session 2 and by the end of the 6 sessions was pain free and my flexibility had improved enormously. I am now back playing football without the restrictions of movement and with a rediscovered level of dynanism. The equipment and team are a great combination. Thank you so much.
