Car seat
Our puppy used to get carsick every time she was in the car, but when we bought the car bed from pelsbarn she’s been fine, and just relaxing in the car!

I went to speak to a representative on…
I went to speak to a representative on line at pelsbarn regarding a call tag after way too many issues. They said that they would connect me for a $1 which would be refunded. I thought this would strange. So up comes PayPal,apple pay and credit cards I believe. Anyway, I was appalled when I saw that they were going to take $46…!! There was no place that I can change it to one dollar! And I started thinking about it and saying to myself why should I have to pay even one dollar to have to speak to a representative at all. They were wrong and what they did and all I wanted was a call tag. It’s not as though I didn’t spend another hundred and, something dollars after they told me to order a medium size cooling bed for a tiny little dog. So that has to go back and I’ll have to pay to send it back. A very poor company to do business with. BUYER BEWARE!!

Amazing Cooling dog bed!
Super happy with the cooling bed/pad for dogs! It actually works great and my pup loves it. It’s oddly cool to the touch, soft and portable which is convenient. I also got the single pads for other areas in the house. The shipping took a little longer but everything arrived and my inquiries were responded to.

Wrong size but resolved!
I had ordered the car pet bed and thought I ordered the medium but the small arrived. Once I contacted and heard back (it did take some time) Pelsbarn requested photos which I thought odd but did anyway. After a total of two weeks back and forth they replaced the bed with the correct size and my dog LOVES it! They also said to donate the bed that was too small which I did and because of my good experience and the fact that my dog loves the bed I purchased another one for inside the house. Overall it took much longer than expected to resolve the issue but I give them credit for doing the right thing and keeping a customer happy.
