So hard to say so little in a short review, I’ll try my best, Pelikan Pens are an amazing business, answering all my inquires (there were a lot of questions from this first time Pelikan buyer) and shipping promptly with the item(s) arriving on time. The only problem is that I have gone from one order (my first Pelikan Pen an M800) to another one and currently planning a possible third pen purchase from them. Amazing experience A++ and I recommend this business to anyone who wants to fuel their fountain pen addiction :)

I am writing this post to say all my satisfaction for my experience as a customer of Niche Pens.
I bought a Pelikan Souveran M1000 with Fine nib.
I have to thank all the staff at Niche Pens, mainly Sophia and Ross, for their kindness in giving me any kind of support during my buying experience.
The pen arrived with an accurate packaging with a free original Pelikan pouch and with a sample of ink.
The pen is wonderful, magnificent, superb. I have no adjectives to describe my pleasyure in handling this masterpiece.
The nib size F, which was suggested to me by the staff at Niche Pens, is perfect: it is smooth as a feather and it writes very well; the resulting handwriting is not broad nor too thin. Awesome!
I do recommend Niche Pens to all Pelikan pens fans; they are really an excellent and reliable shop, where you can find kindness and a great committment in customer satisfaction.

I recently used Niche Pens to buy my first Pelikan, an M1000 Souveran. I ordered at about 2pm and thought I would have missed the order deadline but was delighted to receive a dispatch confirmation shortly afterwards! The pen was with me the next morning! Talk about outstanding service.

I decided I would prefer a fine to the medium nib and I dealt with Sophia who couldn't have been more helpful and speedy in replying. Again, a lightning-quick turnaround and I had my new nib well before Easter, which I had feared might have intervened.

I can't praise the folk at Niche Pens highly enough. Good, solid, old fashioned customer service that is fast becoming an endangered species these days. Well done Sophia and team!

Great pens with an outstanding level of customer service.

The web-site is excellent, but what is exceptional is how the level of follow-up service feels. It is like you are dealing with a local independent store who love their product and can't do enough for you.

I've bought a few pens off Pelikan Pens and they are always incredibly helpful. I recently had a pen that needed repair after many years of great service. Pelikan Pens/Niche Pens could not have been more helpful in helping to organise the repair even though it is long out of warranty.

I can't recommend highly enough and will definitely be buying from them again.

A couple of months ago my Pelikan 800 started to leak. I telephoned Pelikanpens.co.uk for advice. The person I spoke to explained they were an independent retailer and although I did not purchase the pen from them gave me very good advice on how get my pen repaired. He was friendly, knowledgeable and did not loose interest upon realising I was not about to buy something. Based on this experience I would buy from this company, in fact I already have an indirect way buy purchasing from their sister site Pure Pens.

I've ordered from this company several times over the last few years and was always completely satisfied with the service I received. Items arrived promptly, well packaged, with clear information via e-mail on what to expect.

if I was asked for one way to improve: maybe, as with supermarket deliveries, it would be good to be able to specify a day for delivery or at least have a box where one could write instructions for what to do if the person is not in. With a delivery to my sister, she did not hear the postman knocking at her door and then had to wait almost a week for a re-delivery. She'd have been happy for him to leave next door.

Ordered the pencil for my 7 year old son which was recomended by his Occupational Therapist. He loves it and looks for the smiley face to confirm the correct pencil grip so hopefully will encourage him to write and help with his letter formation. Good service and arrived quite quickly.

spent some considerable time in trying to assemble the pen and as yet with no success. Not sure if there's a piece missing but obviously will keep trying

Yet again, Niche pens give a full explanation of the various Pelikan writing instruments and accessories and if you order at a reasonable time of day the item is delivered next day by Royal Mail special delivery immaculately and safely packaged. What more could you ask for.

The order was delivered to Russia in three weeks which is quite good. The packaging was excellent and protected three bottles of ink and a M800 Pelikan very well.

The pen is marvellous, it writes without any scratches, very smooth and impeccable.
