I booked an exec transfer from LGW for my wife as she was coming back on a night flight, and I wanted her to have a comfortable journey home. Airport Taxi Transfers outsourced this to Pelican Cars who then outsourced to Britannia Airport Cars. The driver was not waiting for my wife. It took over an hour (!) for my wife to establish that they weren’t able to send a driver. There were various excuses about a car breaking down. Interaction was over WhatsApp and their responsiveness and English was VERY poor. My wife had to keep asking for updates and each time it took several minutes to get a response. In the end my wife had to get an Uber home costing more than the original booking, and in an old car that smelt. It was a dreadful experience.

Fast service and reliable

Really good service! We ordered taxi from airport and yet our flight was delayed, the driver met us as soon as we stepped out to the arrival hall.
Car was clean and comfortable.

Worst experience ever!!!!Do not use their services!!! We had a driver that made us lose our flight, because he chose to change the route that google drive was presenting as the correct and fastest! A journey that should have been 1 hour and 30 or 40 minutes it became a nightmare journey of 4 hours!!! I would not even chose 1 star for this nightmare!! I hope my complaints made to the company car provider will be solved correctly and fast!!!

I am leaving this review for anyone who needs excellent service with a fare at a very good price , the driver and office was brilliant they made extra efforts to complete a pick up and drop off late at night and with short notice and the service, support and communication was top class , the car was pristine, clean comfortable and stylish and the commitment and effort from both office call centre and driver was brilliant, I would recommend this service and will definitely be using again, Thanks again Mohomad, Silver Mercedes for taking extra time to make it happen and all the office staff and others who made the trip possible and complete

I had a wonderful experience with this company and truly enjoyed talking with Henry, my driver. He was polite, professional and friendly. I highly recommend him and this service for anyone who is traveling to/from Heathrow Airport.

Professionell Service , excellent communication and I had the most fabulous engaging driver . It was worth trying this company as an alternative , as my regular company could not provide an airport pick up on short notice. I am definitely sold !

The online booking service was easy. I was contacted prior to my pick up time to let me know my driver was on-site, given a photo ID and a description of the car. The process could not have been easier. Farouk was helpful, polite and an excellent driver. I would highly recommend this service.

Words cannot describe the incompetence. I booked via Airport taxi transfers and was assigned to Peliccan Cars. Initially it all seemed fine, they promptly confirmed my booking via WhatsApp.
However, on the day of travel, my pickup time passed, and there was no sign of a driver. I called and spoke to someone who didn’t understand what I was saying and just kept trying to transfer me. Each time she tried to transfer me the line cut off. This happened 8 times until eventually I got a call back from another number who said he was calling from Britannia cars and that they were unable to fulfil my booking today.
I didn’t have time to go into why I was getting a call from another company telling me they couldn’t honour the booking so I demanded a refund for the outbound and return journeys. The man said I had to contact airport taxi transfers to get a refund for the return journey.

I have written to airport taxi transfers suggesting they remove this company from their provider list as they’re incompetent. I was left stranded and having to find alternative, more expensive options, last minute in order to catch my flight.

I booked a taxi with Peliccan through airport taxis online. Although we booked a car for 4 people the car they sent to Stansted Airport was too small to accommodate us. This caused a long delay and payment of an extra £75 to get a suitable taxi from another operator.

Despite this gross inefficiency, Peliccan have refused to compensate me for my loss.

I am writing to Airport Taxis saying that they should never subcontract to Peliccan again.

Since Peliccan seems unable to manage simple instructions about the capacity of its taxis, I recommend that nobody else uses them.

Following up on my previous review. Unbelievably, they cut off communication while I was still asking questions and hadn't agreed to close the case. This company is truly dishonest and untrustworthy. Never use them again.

WARNING STAY AWAY!!! THEY SENT US THE WRONG CAR. REFUSE TO REIMBURSE US FOR THE TRIP WHEN WE HAD TO ILLEGALLY GET INTO THE CAR (IT DID NOT FIT THE PASSENGERS SO ONE WAS ON OUR LAP) TO MAKE OUR FLIGHT!! THEY THEN HAVE THE AUDACITY TO SAY 'WE WERE REIMBURSE YOU THE DIFFERENCE FOR THE CAR' WHAT A JOKE. THESE GUYS ARE YET ANOTHER COMPANY THAT IS BASED ABROAD WITH NO ACCOUNTABILITY

Hugely unprofessional company. They cancelled after the due time with hardly an apology when we had a flight to catch and no other options to get to the airport. We had to chase and chase them to find out that the car wasn’t coming. They I would never use them again, do not trust
