Excellent play trailer. Excellent service

We booked and paid in full for a bouncy castle for our child’s party. Delivery was confirmed 48 hours before the event.
On the day of the party the bouncy castle did not arrive at the agreed time. After several calls and over two hours into the event while trying to keep small children occupied in an empty hall the wrong bouncy castle eventually arrived and it was not the one we had booked meaning the birthday girl and the other small children could not use it as it required them climbing up a ladder, we booked the mermaid bouncy castle as it was extremely suitable for our two year old girl and the kids were all a similar age group at the party. What was delivered was a Legomovie obstacle course very obviously geared for older kids with a ladder and high slide. We were apologised to on the day and the company admitted fault and told us a full refund would be arranged and we were happy to leave it at that as we were assured that we would be contacted. Despite following up by emails we have still not received the refund or any further communication. Very disappointing experience I wouldn't want this to happen to anyone else especially a child. We have been very accommodating and understanding but feel our emails have gone unanswered.

Fantastic company, accepted our very last minute request. Staff are so friendly and keep in touch for delivery and collection. The kids loved the disco funhouse. Would 100% recommend!!

They brought me the wrong castle, and no speaker, was told the speaker would be delivered the following day, unfortunately it wasn't.

Tried to call me on Friday afternoon to Monday their bouncy castle for the weekend. I filled out everything in the form to say where it would be and paid up front. They arrived just over 12 hours before my sons birthday party, to leave the bouncy castle the night before. Then told me they couldn't leave it in my front garden cause anyone could touch it overnight. I never booked overnight. They cancelled leaving me panicking at the 11th hour to make arrangements for my sons 6th birthday party. I would avoid these at all costs. I'm still waiting on my refund of €100. If you want a bouncy castle contact Bernie, Lieve Gullion bouncy castle hire. They organised at near midnight for my lad to have a bouncy castle the next day I can't rate them high enough.

Great Company , friendly and helpful staff . Very happy children after enjoying the obstacle course. I couldn't fault pelican promotions.
