From an initial call Peledex were on site within 4 hours to attend to a huge wasp nest in the roof of our house and hundreds had entered a bedroom. They spent over 2 hours completing a double internal fumigation and addressing the external entry point. They returned 2 days letter to remove the nest. A great response and fantastic service.

Response to my query was very quick as was the time for the work to be carried out. James was quietly confident doing the job and a pleasure to do business with. He was very understanding of my financial situation and came up with a solution that would be beneficial to both of us. The 'nasty little critter' (mole) was captured in good time and I am keeping my fingers crossed that it hasn't left a legacy of babies behind! If so James will be back to help out again :)

James is very polite and helpful. I have had issues with mice/ rats and he has come out a number of times and been extremely helpful in tackling the issue. He is very easy to get hold of and gives the best advice possible. I would very much recommend James and his prices are actually very good.

Great Service by James at Peledex. We had a lot of mice and rats coming inside the house due to some building works we have going on and had gaps in the walls. I was not sure where they were coming from but I could see droppings on the sofa and kitchen everyday which was worrying as I have two small children.

James was really professional and knows his stuff about these pests. He laid out traps, uv gel tracks sheets and poison. James went out of his way to ensure I didn't have any gaps in the drains by activating a smoke test to see if they were entering from there. He really cares for the client and wants to get rid of any unwanted pests.

I can now say that all the pests have left and my home no longer has droppings. I can enjoy being at home now thanks to Peledex. Highly recommended to everyone.

When I ring to see when they could come, they said the same day, I was very impressed, I had a wasps next right next to my front door so I was scared to go out or come in as I was stung twice, when the young man arrived he was very polite and friendly and got on with the job, he then waited to see if the job was done and it was, he said if they are still there in 3 days time just ring and he will come back and do it again, but no need we never saw another wasp again coming in or out, I am very pleased with the outcome, Thank you very much.
