I love my custom case. I thought it was a but expensive but I'm so glad j went for it. I drop my phone at least once a day and the protection is great! I recieved my order and had a couple questions about it and I'm customer service replied immediately and sent a new one. I'll never go back to other cases. Love that it's local, Canadian and has such great service.

They sent me the wrong case at first. Customer service was very friendly and helpful. They sent me the right one for free and didn’t make me return the wrong one.

I love the fact that this company is centered around sustainability and doing good for the planet and the people. Unfortunately, my case was slightly damaged upon arrival, but the team at Pela was incredibly helpful in assisting me. I’m so grateful!

I have ordered 2 cases in the beginning of January and they still have not arrived. Now I have received that I have to pay extra custom fees. Pela has not been clear about this upfront I thought this was all arranged from their side. The cases are very expensive and they aim sustainability but they are shipped from Canada to Europe. The should be more transparent. I have been in contact with customer service and though they are friendly, offering a 15% discount code for a future purchase is worth nothing when I will never want to order from them again as your order simply does not arrive.

I ordered my Pela Case during their BOGO offer and realized right after I placed the order that I didn’t have the second case in my cart. I reached out to support to ask if I could get the free case still and they super quickly set up a new order since the first order had already processed) and sent it to me for free! So grateful for the speedy and generous service.

Really wonderful product - I like the texture of the cases and the look is really neat. Soft and smooth with a bit of grit , I was pleasantly surprised.
Customer service was top notch with a slight hiccup I had on my end. Would 10/10 recommend.

Pela support is amazing! I forgot to update my new address in my phone’s autofill which I realized after placing my order. After an urgent email to Pela they were able to change my address before my package shipped.

I ordered two cases on the buy one get one free deal. About 2 days after recieving them I dropped one from about sitting height and found it had cracked down the side of the phone meaning the case doesn't fit properly. The company says they'll replace them if they break but that excludes orders that are international apparently so i couldn't get a replacement. The other one I've had no issue with for the past month though even after dropping it a couple times so overall 3 stars for 1 good case and 1 bad.

Ordered a couple of cases on December 31st and today February 3rd I got a notification that I need to pay customs. When I place the order it was not specified that it would take so much time and that they are shipping from Canada.
Customer Support was helpful when I ask them to take the items back but I would never buy from here again.

I bought a pela case and the free one .. when recieved only got the one I preferred plus was charged twice I have sent two emails and no one has contacted me poor customer service

I was very excited to order from Pela Case and really loved the idea behind the company. Unfortunately, the purchasing experience was disappointing.

About 3 weeks after ordering, I received an SMS saying I had to declare the items. During the declaration process, the amount was entered incorrectly, and I didn’t want to deal with additional costs and extra steps when I had already paid a premium price for the case.

For a premium brand shipping internationally, it should be explicitly stated at checkout that EU customers may need to pay extra customs/VAT/handling fees - or, even better, the company should handle these costs in advance (so the customer doesn’t get surprised later).

I genuinely wanted to try the case, but this experience made it not worth it. Now I just hope the refund arrives faster than the shipping process did.

Ordered what is advertised as a premium case, for what is definitely a premium price.

The cutout for the charging port does not leave enough room to actually plug it in, so the case has to be removed to charge the phone with a cord. The worst part is after writing my review on their site mentioning this, they asked me for photos and proof that I ordered the case. I sent them these things, and then they deleted my review from their site.

They are dishonest, and I can not recommend doing business with them.

Edit: apparently they're requesting more information to "make sure my review is genuine". Trying to remove another negative review...nice.
