Pegasus Finance - excellent service throughout
The whole experience with Pegasus was superb from start to finish. I was really well informed by the team, especially George who was an excellent advisor throughout the process. George also liaised with the van provider and made sure that I knew what was going on at all times. I would highly recommend Pegasus as a company and if you are lucky enough to get George as your advisor, then win/win.

Fran has been fantastic throughout the whole process and made it really simple and easy for me to go through. In just a week I have been supported through finance checks, approval and then purchasing of my new vehicle! Every step of the way Fran stayed in touch with me and nothing was ever too much for her.

Not very happy at all with this company , very abrupt end to some conversations on phone , also finance is rubbish don’t even get offered the full amount you need for your purchase definitely won’t be going ahead with anything with these lucky escape there a joke

As with all finance companies in the UK, Pegasus Finance is tightly regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, this is to protect consumers, such as yourself. The FCA have very strict guidelines around affordability, and it sounds like in your case, these regulations meant that you could not afford 100% of the amount you applied for. In these cases we will offer a percentage of the application amount to see if that would be of use, whilst remaining compliant. It is not us being awkward; it's being compliant in the eyes of the law.

Most importantly they found the best interest rate for us (looking for a motorhome finance deal). Lauren provided excellent service from start to finish: telephoned us back when she said she would, walked us through the full process and was very patient when we suffered from bad telephone reception.

Purchased first motorhome
I have just purchased a motorhome and the thought of spending this amount of money was daunting and we wanted to get it right. Lauren at Pegasus was brilliant and took me through the process with ease and support. Lauren found me the right finance deal and made the whole process as smooth as possible, guiding me all the way and making sure I had all the relevant information and knew how to navigate the process step by step, which to be fair was very easy with Lauren’s guidance. Amazing customer service from George!
I have recently purchased a caravan and George has been absolutely amazing from start to finish. Kept me updated daily via email, text and phone calls.
