Unreliable & unhelpful

I arranged a level 2 survey to be completed on a house which we are trying to buy. Initially, Pegasus tried to charge a higher fee that we originally agreed on. They later agreed to honour the original price. On the day of the survey, that cancelled 30 mins after they were meant to be there. We agreed a new date & time which suited the surveyor. They later cancelled this appointment. I am still waiting for them to refund their fee which I paid in full.
