Ordered a couple of pillowcases on the 21st of November and I still haven’t received them but I’m being asked to rate my experience. I wish I had read the other reviews and had never ordered from Peep. No replies to my emails either. Awful experience. I hope other people read the reviews and won’t have to go through the same same experience.

Disappointing
I was recommended this company for good quality, long lasting products. Instead my order never arrived and my emails querying this were ignored. Eventually I was refunded but this took weeks and I never received an explanation as to why I wouldn’t receive my order. Disappointing.

Terrible experience. Item never arrived. Zero response to repeated emails and calls. Ended up raising a dispute via PayPal and getting a refund. Glad I paid this way.

Beautiful fabric of perfect shade - in cellophane
The fabric is beautiful and the shade (papaya whip) is a lovely pale rose oyster, with enough colour to withstand light staining from hair products.
Received in 4 working days.
The problem was with the packaging - in that there is none! The recipient could know they've been given a premium product, especially as the textile information is not given on the label. ( I wrote out the details in fancy writing on thick card and gift wrapped it all) and they did love it - which is all that matters.
The pillowcase is a wrap over style, which means extra fabric is used in the design. It feels more luxurious than the zip styles from amazon, and the sizing is accurate.
Overall, a decent product at a decent price, because there are worse.

Faulty Eye Wand - No Response
I ordered an Eye Wand and it arrived early January. However it is faulty and the light feature will not switch off, even when the device is switched off.
This is annoying as the instructions recommend the light be switch off for safety reasons when using on upper eyelids
I have now contacted Customer Service 4 times without receiving a response. I am therefore very disappointed with the product
Since posting this review today I have been contacted by Customer Service. They have offered me a replacement and a £20 refund to cover postage and inconvenience. Also the choice of a free gift.
In view of this I am happy to change my rating
The reply from Peep Club does not make sense as they have sent me a reply with the offer - order number 3392. I have the email and can post if they can’t find it

It’s ok
It’s ok. The packaging is poor especially for the price, would expect a nice slim box or wrapped in tissue paper but instead it was in a plastic wallet like something cheap from Amazon. The product itself os nice enough, nice colour. I haven’t washed it yet so not sure the quality after I do.

Hi Vicky, thank you for your feedback. We are glad you like the product and colour but are sorry to hear you were not satisfied with the packaging. Our standard packaging is intentionally minimalist but we offer a gift box option on our website for a small extra charge.

I wished I had read the reviews but was swayed by all the orders popping up.
Have never received my order and as others say the admin response is nil. One email last week asking me to confirm my address which I did immediately and then nothing since. No response, no response. Terrible. This has never happened to me before.
