From day one until the very end, Dipes was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout my whole mortgage journey. We faced so many problems along the way — especially when the lender offered us a mortgage amount that was far too low. After searching for months and finally finding the house I loved, I honestly felt like giving up.But Dipes never lost hope. He did everything he could to help me get the mortgage I needed. Even when I felt stressed and ready to walk away, he kept reassuring me, calling regularly, keeping me updated, and making sure everything was okay right up until the day I got my keys.
What amazed me even more was how fast everything moved once the final mortgage offer was made. Within just a month, I had the keys to my new home. The whole process after that was smooth, quick, and so well handled by Dipes.If it wasn’t for him, I honestly wouldn’t be in my new home today. I can’t thank him enough for all his patience, hard work, and support throughout the entire process. What started as one phone call for advice ended with me getting my dream home.

Peepal estate is one of the dishonest estate agent in my experience. I had a worst service with them in my 2 years of contract as a landlord. Their agent in Swindon has no work ethic and doesn’t have responsibilities towards the clients. I trusted them despite so many issues but every time they failed. Therefore exiting from this dishonest agency and warns everyone before taking their service.
Their service is crap.

Awful!
I saw a house advertised, called for a viewing to be told it had gone. It was still being advertised as available for another 3 weeks.
Called about another property and was told I would get a call back to book a viewing, never heard anything. We found a lovely property and am now glad we didn't do a viewing with them.

They are always Very Nice, Helpful, Polite and Professional.

Do not trust them! We lost thousands after moving from Australia to a house that had no heating or hot water. When they sent out their relative to fix he urinated on the floor of the toilet. Glad we managed to have the lease terminated after spending more money on solicitors. Do not trust any reviews with the Gurung surname as they are false.

Peepal Estate agents are very professional always prompt if there are any problems that need dealing with. Been a tenant for 3 years and never had a problem with them.
Great Customer service.

Absolutely shocking customer service, you have to chase these people over and over again to get an answer! Even if you send a number of emails, you never receive anything back, Left in limbo, not kept up to date, doesn't want to put any effort in to assisting with finding a property. Don't waste your time going through this company.
