I initially had a very bad experience with Peekviewer.
I was charged a second full-priced service (€90.99) without any proper payment flow, checkout page, or explicit confirmation step. There was no clear “pay now” screen, no recap, and no strong validation — the charge happened instantly. The pricing information was hidden in very small text and not visible at the moment the action was performed, which felt misleading.
I contacted customer support very quickly to request a cancellation and refund, before receiving or using any service at all. The account was not even fully configured, and I received automated emails stating that setup was incomplete. Despite this, my initial refund request was refused based on their refund policy.
However, after insisting and escalating the issue, the situation was eventually resolved and the charges were refunded.
I’m updating my review to 2 stars because the refund did happen in the end, but it required significant pressure and should not have been this difficult in the first place. Greater transparency and a clearer payment process would avoid this kind of situation altogether.

Tried Peekviewer on a private Insta profile and it opened after 6 or 7 days. Not instant, but it worked as expected.

They refunded my first two transactions by sending a confimratin email about it, yet they still did not refund the third transaction that I wasnt aware of. They did not even sent me a notice or a notification about it, I just found out that it was already dedcuted to my account. Do something about this please. It is very frustrating.

Please don't ever use this device. They took away about $500 from me with the wrong touch, and I sent them an e-mail, and they couldn't even read it, and now they're not checking if my refund request has been made. Really reflect. If you look at this review, use a different device. It's really upsetting. Even it doesn't work, and I ended up donating about $500 in one day. I'm posting it on this site because I'm really angry and frustrated. If you look at this review and they don't respond again, you're probably a true con artist. I give you the big middle finger. Also, I asked them to tell me the exact refund policy, so I don't know if it's because I'm a foreigner, but I really want to report it to the U.S. Consumer Agency. I just want to use this app, and I'm just going to use the Instagram app tracking, and as soon as 2026, this unsavory thing happens, and if you give me a refund, and I'm really disappointed, and I'm going to give you a good review, but if it doesn't work, it could cause a big problem. I am writing to express my significant dissatisfaction with the Peekview service. I subscribed to a one-month plan and initiated the monitoring of an account. However, after four days, no data has been provided. Furthermore, I have been charged three separate times, with debits of $107.74, $13.99, and $144.99, despite the service being non-functional.
It is highly concerning to be charged for a service that has not delivered its promised functionality. My attempt to secure a full refund for the unused and non-operational service was denied, with the explanation that refunds are not issued for changes of mind or the addition of a second account. This policy is particularly frustrating given that the core service itself has not been rendered.
I feel that this situation constitutes a breach of expected service delivery and a misrepresentation of the value offered. I urge potential users to exercise caution when considering Peekview.

I decided to purchase peekviewer one month membership in hopes of good things and I was disappointed…I was informed it was a quick and efficient way to track a private instagram account. I have read many reviews saying you charge people multiple times, ignore emails and refund info, and go against your refund policy. The biggest red flag is people waiting weeks if not months on the product to do its thing.
That being said those things happened to me and now I' am stuck waiting for a refund.
