Pedal Heaven Reviews 

I have had a reoccurring problem with the hub on the rear wheel of my Specialised Roubaix. They are always courteous and pleasant, and today replaced the bearings while I waited. We discussed the problem and I was shown the part that failed, and they also explained why it was failing. I always appreciate it when I receive good service, and Pedal Heaven always tries their hardest. Thank you.

Total stars - motor in my bike failed, other local shops could not help for a month or two. These guys turned it around in two days, dealt with manufacturer and sorted warranty. Great shop only wish i had bought my bike from them! will do next time awesome staff, great fix and really really helpful

great service on many occasions from Pedal Heaven, also great customer service and covid safe place

I've used Pedal Heaven for a few years now, primarily for repairs and service. On every occasion I've found the service and quality of their repairs to be excellent. I had to book the last repair about ten days in advance because they were so busy, but they were able to fit me in a day earlier in the end. They're taking COVID very seriously - hand sanitisers on the door and at tills, markings all over the floor, a managed entry system at the front door and no access through the back door any more (which is not so much of a hardship, given that there is a car park directly opposite the shop that charges only 20p for 30 minutes). When I was there they were washing down the floor, as they apparently do at the end of every day. Special mention for Andrew, who was very welcoming and friendly and explained everything I needed to know about my repair. Highly recommended.

Went in for 2 bike repairs. Super good customer service and knowledgeable about bikes. A little overpriced but worth it for how often we ride bikes! This will be our regular shop.

Ordered on a Friday and received on Saturday!

An absolute pleasure to deal with. Customer service, with Steve, absolutely outstanding . Steve checked stock and called back within minutes as promised, something which is very rare nowadays having dealt with several different bike sites recently, my order arrived two days later , at a great price . How bike shops should be. Thank you Steve and Pedal Heaven .

I ordered the same pedals from Evans Cycles on the 3 May 2020, no pedals delivered, no way of contacting Evans by phone or Web Chat. They do not respond to emails (I sent one over 10 days ago). You should look at their reviews on Trustpilot, its a real eye opener, but I expect you already know that!

Couldn't have better customer support. excellent staff, goods promptly dispatched, competitively priced. I shall focus again on the excellent and helpful attitude of the staff. It doesn't seem that often service this good is received..... well done Pedal Heaven and particularly Graham.
