My vacuum pump never showed up ! I paid five hundred dollars !!

My order never arrived yet. I’m still down hundreds of dollars. I’m now getting Reminders to go pick up my package at Australia Post. I don’t live in Australia. I live in Florida. I am starting to wonder whether I have been scammed. I also already emailed about this and did not get a response.

It’s been more than a week and my package is not shipped.

So far I haven't had any communication with this company

I placed my order on more than 12 days ago and still waiting the shipping information but it looks like the item has not been batched yet

Ordered this vacuum bell 3 business days ago, and still no email confirmation for shipping. Now fearing the worst after reading the reviews. Called the support phone number and it goes straight to voice mail

Do you respond to your customers? or just take money and run?

I should of read the reviews. No communication at all. It’s been 10 days and still no updates on the order. I’ve left several messages. Still waiting to see when it will be shipped.

The air pump broke within two months. Now the bell is useless. I have not been able to get a replacement sent.

I have been trying to reach out to you guys for over a month now, the device broke in less than 7 months, we sent pictures and everything to prove the claim, I HAVE TO LEAVE A COMMENT TO GET YOUR ATTENTION THIS DEVICE IS EXPENSIVE AND NO RESPONSE FROM YOU.YOUR PHONE NUMBER DOES NOT PICK UP EVER AND ALL I GET IS A CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT EMAIL THAT NEVER REPLIES.

The service was quick and efficient. The product was delivered within about two weeks of purchase, despite the international delivery.

I made an order over a week ago and have received no update on my purchase or response to my email. Just tell me when I’ll get my product that I payed for.

Paid like ten days ago and haven't been contacted at all about shipment. I understand things may be clogged up in the pandemic but I've called, emailed, texted with no response. Order 1308 please respond!

Used it for less than 2 months and there's tears on the pump which stop it from filling up with air. Then I tried to contact customer service and got no response.

just used for 2 months, the vacuum bell pump is broken, please respond to pectus International. but for the quality of the vacuum bell is good

Do not purchase your vacuum bell from this company. Their 10 year warranty is a lie - the hand pump cracks in just months of use and they don't reply to any emails on their support line

I sent you an email stating that I never received time medical device 2 days ago and I haven’t received any response from you as you don’t even care about your costumer
