Very bad customer service.
I ordered a paint that arrived in Spain and was picked up by another delivery company called SEUR. The problem is that they are unable to do their job. We messaged each other for three weeks, they lied that it would be delivered tomorrow, they always said that the pickup point was closed when I was there and it was open. In the end, after three weeks, they sent the package back to France, so I waited two weeks before it was finally sent back from France. I asked them very nicely by email to try to send it to me using some kind of package delivery method so that it would not end up in the hands of these SEUR delivery companies because they are unable to deliver it. My package has been sent to them again and now I will have to argue with them for another three weeks between sending messages and then they will send it back to France. Now I am at the point where I bought a paint almost two months ago and I still haven't received it. I'll never buy again from them because they don't care about the customers. There are plenty of other shops who are more customer oriented.
